A Milestone For Ryan !!
Ryan hit a HUGE MILESTONE today! After 4 1/2 years of speech classes 30 minutes 2 times per week, Ryan was dismissed/graduated from the school district Speech Program this morning! We are very excited. Ryan had some severe speech impairments and the speech program has changed his life. It sounds dramatic to say that - but I am totally serious. Ryan is a different kid now. He is so much happier, outgoing and is easily understood. In fact, his 2nd grade teacher was amazed to find out that he was a speech student. Hip Hip Hooray for Ryan!!

very cool both christopher and dominic were dissmissed from speach last november after 4yrs and 2 months of speach dalton is still in speach but they are thinking this yr will be the last (crossing fingers) but VERY great news for Ryan

Thanks for checking in. I have been keeping an eye on yours as well:) Very happy to hear that Ryan is out of speech. I think Lauren was in till 2nd as well (she was even in private st before going into kg). Get ready to see a big jump in his school work. I think it has to do with them not being out of the class room. I know that you and I have spoke a little bit about the twins having a harder time in school than Jason did. I would love to tell you about the charter. If you come into trouble with taks and preparation for it. The politics in public made me crazy and did not work for Lauren. She is a different student this year. She is an A-B student on grade level this year with no struggle. It’s a VERY different way of learning- but as far as I am concerned it’s prepatory for college and allows children to spend as much time on each subject as they need regardless of where their classmates are.
